Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch and solely at Karigar’s discretion.
After dispatch, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.

Company-Initiated

Karigar may cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be made to the original payment source within a reasonable period. Karigar is not responsible for bank delays.

Administrative Fee

Cancellations may incur an administrative fee up to 10%.

Force-Majeure

In case of strikes, lockdowns, or emergencies, Karigar may automatically cancel orders without liability.

This policy may be modified at any time without prior notice.
